Gordon Neighbourhood House is a volunteer-led, multi-service, non-profit, non-sectarian, non-government, and apolitical, community-based organization. It is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Management which is elected annually by the members of the house. Gordon Neighbourhood House is a member unit of The Association of Neighbourhood Houses of Greater Vancouver (ANH).
Our mission is to make the West End a better neighbourhood in which to live and grow.
Gordon Neighbourhood House has been serving the people of the West End since 1942. Every year we provide dozens of services to almost 10,000 individuals. Those we serve include seniors, children, parents, newcomers to Canada, street youth, unemployed and many others. In 2012 we have about 20 active programs, for full description please see Programs.

We look forward to see what the summer will bring and to share wonderful stories at our celebration in November.
